Jodika McKinley’s Highlights

Jodika McKinley, Hypnotherapist

My last ‘Meet Me‘ with hypnotherapist Jodika McKinley left me amazed. Her direct and unconventional method tells it like it is. This approach to healing from breakups inspired me. I wanted to share some of her Instagram posts for you to see.

These are not meant as a healing session, merely ‘food for thought.’ All are things we tend to sugar coat. Yet, Jodika speaks of them bluntly like how we really feel.

With her permission I’ve chosen a handful of them to give you this video blog. Hope you give her a follow even if you’re not wreathing from a broken heart. And if you’re the heart breaker her content can help you too.

If They Wanted to…

OMG this one got me. I’ve seen the original post on social media, ‘If they wanted to,’ so many times. Since my split, it became etched in my soul. Jodika now shines light on the reality of it all.

Behind Their Anger

I’ve known this for a while about one’s anger. Yet Jodika speaks of it. Being tired of the hurt on the receiving end, I’m asking you how many ‘good people’ have you driven away?

Expectations

Feel it? The pain you cause by ending communication abruptly. For what it is worth, think about this next time you feel like pulling back.

Superpower of Closure

Doing what you did by leaving without a word is like being cut open while not fully sedated. I know this firsthand and have felt the fear inside my soul. But without closure it feels worse than that. It’s not a memory that only pops up when you wish it. It lives and breathes with every breath you take.

If you’re one of the ‘good people’ that’s hurting, this final one is for you. To the others I’m not saying you are bad, your choices dictated that, just know the pain you’ve caused.
