There is No Strategy

…unless you consider ‘talking‘ to a therapist or a meditation coach for direction. Simply because, as I found out beforehand, you can’t go it alone. Healing is difficult and time doesn’t always work. It just hardens you.

With their help, mine focused even more on the writing I was already involved with. And they each agreed to become part of my story with strategies of their own to help me heal.

Angnieszka, Caroline and Jodika all came into my life in a time of need. They have, also, been highlighted in separate articles and bits of our sessions have been written about as well. Those writings are my coping strategies.

Morris Albert – Feelings

Times have changed. Things happen beyond our control and sometimes it’s good to have someone to talk to. The days of being a shame of talking to a professional or believing you’re tough enough to handle them alone are in the past.

So, if you’re having negative feelings find someone to open up to. Trust me it helps.

    Yes you are correct, there is no shame in therapy. It’s nice that the stigma is gone.
