And I did just that
I had wanted to look into meditation for quite some time. This was as an added means of healing from last year’s emotional rollercoaster of a ride.
Rather than put it off another day, I had set up a video call for TODAY. This was organized days earlier with Dr Caroline Parton, a meditation coach and teacher.

Caroline and I spent two full hours in video chat. We talked about everything that’s caused me grief over the past nineteen months. We both agreed meditation would be an ideal addition to my healing process.
After taking an assessment test my dominant mind type is considered Calm Focus. Which means I should find that style of meditation very easy and enjoyable. According to the report.
Next weekend I will start in earnest with another video call with Caroline.
I can’t wait to start this added journey that also includes sessions with therapist, Agnieszka Rdesinska.
