Happy Friday everyone. Hope you’ve all had a great week so far and an even better weekend coming up. Thought I’d toss out a few updates your way from my latest medical checkup to articles I’m currently working on or will be starting soon. Bet I had some of you going with that headline…No the wedding is not for me! 😂😂😂

Health:

Had a follow up at urology yesterday with Dr L. He’s the doc that did the biopsy on my cancer that was detected last June and treated with radiation prior to Christmas. All went well and another PSA is scheduled for this April.

He explained what to expect when those test results are in and how they are apt to be not far off the prior results. However, will start to lower further down the road, and added, not to be shocked if they raise as the cancerous cells begin to break away but those too will lower as time passes. He has some of the best ‘bedside manners’ of any doctor I’ve crossed paths with. Glad he’s in my corner!

Received some great news from Caroline Harris, you may remember her from an earlier ‘Meet Me’ segment I had written Meet: Caroline Harris (rickollie.com). The actor is preparing for her upcoming wedding to fiancé, Alex, and has agreed to allow me to pen their journey while making the arrangements. This will definitely be an experience and I gave her my word I’d make her proud.

I’m, also, working on a ‘Meet Me’ with actress and business entrepreneur, Chanel Ryan, who’s credited with, by IMDb, at last count, fifty-nine movies, at least one as producer, seventeen self and one stunt credits. And if that’s not amazing in and of itself, she runs a shop in Los Angeles.

Lastly, but certainly not the least, I’m in the process of a piece with ‘Best Singing Telegrams,‘ also, in L.A. They’ve recently followed me on Instagram, and I wasted no time in asking! I’m sure you’ve all heard of such telegrams, and they’ve got some good ones. You’ll want to mark your calendar for this one as it’ll make one hell of a ‘Valentine’s Gift’ for the one you love!
