     Thought I’d fill you in on some things I’m currently working on. 

Ornaments:

 Most likely coming out first, unless something quick comes along, will be my ‘Thanksgiving Day Christmas Tree Ornament’ unveiling. This will truly be special as I’ll be posting photos of the ornaments that I had asked several of my readers and friends to select as a means of inspiration for my cancer treatments which are expected to begin any day now. Also, who sent which inspirational piece. They’re quite the collection, to say the least!

     I’m still waiting on a couple to come in, but I’m going to take this moment and tag two people, I’ve previously asked, to take a moment and select a single, hanging ornament off Amazon and send me the link so I can order it, in hopes of receiving it before ‘Thanksgiving Day.’ Yes, Teri Hart and Xuan Xu this is meant for you two! I’d love to add your picks to my tree. 

     Above are a few, yeah right, I know 🤣 that I’ve selected myself to add to the ‘Festivus.’  And speaking of ‘Festivus’ enjoy an old clip of the ‘Seinfeld’ episode. 

    There will be an additional ‘trinket,’ in the form of another ornament I’ve chosen to add to the ‘Miracle’ of this celebration of life, friendship and my ‘cancer fight’ that has brought me joy as well, for this ‘Thanksgiving Day Blog’ too. Please stay tuned! 

Carmen Scott:

     A while back, Carmen, (actor/comedian) agreed to a blog in the ‘Meet Me’ category, but we haven’t been able to connect. She’s definitely someone on the move! Next week we’ll be scheduling a Zoom meeting so I can get the story on her career, tinsel town and how she crossed over to comedy. I can’t wait!

     Carmen, I couldn’t have found a better clip this time of the year. So, all you ‘bell ringers’ take note to what ‘Henrietta’ has to say about training. Still time to be in shape! 

Boundaries:

     Still hoping to get this piece in but my collaborator, Tonya Jeffries, has an extremely busy schedule. However, it’s supposed to open up after today 11/17. So, let’s give her some added encouragement by posting this! 

     Hopefully we can sort out the differences between this generations boundaries vs my generations old school manners, as relationships, dating and even friendships have spun off in an all-new direction of chaos.   
    Hell, I’ll say it point blank, I don’t get women anymore. Being yourself, honest, kind, empathetic and passionate just doesn’t seem socially accepted. When you are, it appears you’ve crossed some damn line and ‘poof,’ it’s like ‘Barbara Eden’ as ‘Jeannie,’ has them disappear.
