A Message of Love

     Shanna Forrestall (actress, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur) and I have been friends for a decade now. We’ve done everything but meet in person (hopefully that ends this summer). We’ve exchanged holiday and birthday gifts. Consoled one another in times of need. I’m her ‘Buddy’ and she’s my ‘Minion.’ #foreverfriends

     This morning I came across her latest Instagram Video and asked her if I could run with it. I explained what my intentions were. But really don’t think that was needed. We have trust in one another, it was out of courtesy. She said yes.

     A wonderful soul, with a big heart and filled with more ‘ ‘shannanigans’ than all of us combined.
