There was some good news on the latter but I&#8217;m saving that for another blog. But yesterday, Friday the 13th and my birthday, I had a doctor&#8217;s appointment with my primary physician. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Doc<\/em><\/strong>, she&#8217;s great. &#8216;<strong><em>She&#8217;s Got a Way<\/em><\/strong>&#8216;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/i1waaD72R3E?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=es-MX&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong><em>Billy Joel: She&#8217;s Got a Way<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the niceties and formalities, we always get personal. Yesterday was no different. We talked about her electronic bicycle, given as a gift, coming to a complete stop, while out riding, because of the lack of a downloadable app and being forced to peddle back in third gear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then her daughters trip back to Boston and our love for Beantown. We also talked about our future, individual, trips. I haven&#8217;t planned any, because of my cancer setbacks and unknown schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before I left, we decided on some selfies together. While trying to grab a few, she went into what one can best describe as &#8216;<strong><em>crack up mode<\/em><\/strong>.&#8217; She had me laughing so hard over nothing in particular I fought to keep a straight face for the photos.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6JCLY0Rlx6Q?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=es-MX&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong><em>Walk the Moon: Shut Up and Dance<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OMG it was like she was saying &#8216;<strong><em>Shut Up and Dance<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; and go with the flow. That moment I forgot about all my troubles. All the grief and mental anguish was, and to this moment, gone. Just happiness remains.
