Happy National Record Store Day…I know silly but before I signed in here, I checked what National Day it was and this came up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honestly, I couldn’t tell you the last time I had been in a record store. But I do recall the first and it brought back fond memories as a teenager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve never been much of a record fan but back in the day a dear friend asked me to go to our local record store with her. She proceeded to purchase Linda Ronstadt’s ‘Simple Dreams’<\/a><\/em><\/strong> and gifted it to me on the spot. Seems she believed I needed a little refining. After all, ‘It’s So Easy<\/em><\/strong>,’ and I was missing what was happening around me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
